We had a really excellent holiday and we were sad to come back to our cold and very windy weather. Without doubt, Tripcare Holidays have proved time and again to be an excellent service and very reliable in every way. Mr. Sumesh (driver) has a wealth of experience and knowledge and is such a gentleman to everyone he meets. While I was unwell during my visit, he took me to the hospital, dealt with everything, so that I didn’t have to worry and I was able to go back to the homestay later having had the correct treatment, which itself was excellent. To be ill and have to go to hospital in a different country is very scarery indeed, but Sumesh was so relaxed, in control of the situation and made me feel very confident that he would look after me and I would be fine. I can’t praise him highly enough, to give of himself, above all else to his customers and his firm , is something that you don’t find in every employee and I hope you appreciate him as much as I do.
