Day 1 – Mumbai – Paro
Arrive Paro airport and transfer to your hotel in Thimpu.
Day 2 – Thimpu
After breakfast proceed for full day sightseeing which includes National Chorten, National Library, National Folk Heritage Museum, Memorial Chorten,Tashichho Dzong, Takin Zoo at Motithang, Handicraft Emporium and Choki Traditional Art School.
Day 3 – Thimpu – Punakha
After breakfast proceed to Wangdi / Punakha. We cross Dochula Pass to see the beautiful mountain range of Bhutan. Visit Wangduephodrang Dzong built in 1638. Punakha Dzong that houses the sacred relics of the southern Drukpa lineage and the sacred remains of Ngawang Namgwal.Overnight in Wangdi / Punakha.
Day 4 – Punakha
After breakfast proceed for local sight seeing of Punakha that includes Khamsum Yulley Namgyal Chorten – built by Queen Ashi Tshering Yangdon Wangchuck ,the new temple and village Talo built on a plateau which has majestic view of surrounding villages. Overnight in Wangdi / Punakha.
Day 5 – Punakha – Paro
After breakfast, free time till afternoon. After lunch proceed to Paro. Overnight in Paro.
Day 6 – Paro
After breakfast proceed for Paro sightseeing which includes Drukgyel Dzong,Ta Dzong – the National Museum of Bhutan, Kyichu Lhakhang – the sacred jewel of Bhutan and Rinpung Dzong. In the evening visit Paro market.Overnight in Paro.
Day 7 – Paro
After breakfast visit Taktsang (Tiger’s Nest) monastery – sanctified as one of Bhutan’s most sacred religious sites. thereafter free time for drive to Chele La Pass (optional), located at an elevation of 13000 feet asl and considered to be one of the highest motorable passes in Bhutan. Evening free at leisure / shopping. Overnight in Paro.
Day 8 – Paro to Mumbai
After breakfast proceed to airport to board your flight back home.
